I have long held a fascination with bones and found objects. For me, bone has a strong symbolism held deep within the psyche. The wishbone, especially, has long been a symbol of hope and the possibility of a wish come true. In 2013 I won the Mosman In Situ Sculpture Prize with a small sculpture of a boat created from cast wishbones and in 2014 I entered Sculpture By the Sea with a larger scaled up version of the wishboat.

I trained first in sculpture then in Jewellery and Object Design at the Central Institute of Technology, Perth. I completed my study in Jewellery and Object Design Studies at the Design Centre Enmore in 2011. I have been a fulltime resident at Square Peg Studios in Marrickville since 2011.
