The earring making class taught me so much more about materials, techniques and process specifically relevant to earrings but also transferable to other jewellery pieces. The class was engaging and fun and the workshop is very well organised and well equipped. Thanks SquarePeg.

Learn how to make gorgeous fine studs in this rewarding one day workshop.

Our Make Fine Stud Earring Designs in a Day workshop is perfect for those who want to improve their soldering and finishing skills as you create matching pairs or mismatched pieces for everyday wear.

Students work in silver throughout the morning as they finesse their soldering at the micro-level. Many will continue to work in silver for the whole day, or you may choose to purchase a 9ct gold pack to work with during the afternoon.

This course is most suited to people who have some experience in jewellery making and have confidence in basic soldering.

This class offers the option to have an introduction to working with gold through the optional purchase of a solid 9ct gold pack to work with for your second project. This class offers the opportunity to work with gold if you choose to purchase the 9ct gold pack which will cost around $100 on the day.
